  • Prince Harry desperately needs to fire his speechwriter, claims a royal expert.
  • He told her he found public speaking “really difficult”, said Emily Andrews.
  • She said she was “not impressed” with her performance at the United Nations General Assembly in New York.

Prince HARRY gets ‘very very nervous’ during public speeches and frantically ‘has to fire his speechwriter’, a royal master has guaranteed.

Emily Andrews, a former royal reporter for The Sun, said Prince Harry told her he considered open conversation to be “really difficult”.

Speaking about her speech yesterday in New York, she said she was ‘not impressed’ with his display, adding that while his ‘performance was brilliant’ it could have been ‘more upbeat and full of energy” given its effect on young people.

The remarks followed his address to the United Nations General Assembly for Nelson Mandela Day on Monday.

Ms Andrews said: ‘I’ve covered the Royal Family, I’ve reported on the Royal Family for 10 years, so I’ve heard Harry say and speak in that vein before.
