Prince Charles’ popularity has taken a hit over the years

Additionally, the work Charles and Camilla did over several years trying to rebuild their reputation was ruined as soon as Netflix released the popular series. The crown. It doesn’t matter how much is done and how much is fiction, what viewers saw cast Charles and Camilla in a terrible light. Prince William opposes taking the crown before his father

It doesn’t matter what the public wants as long as Charles doesn’t pass away before his mother, then he will ascend the throne. And William didn’t want it any other way because he knows that being the next monarch is his father’s birthright.

“I think [Charles] is reassured that any speculation that William should be the next to win the crown is not the work of William, ”royal author and historian of The crown said Robert Lacey. “William would be completely against this. He would be the last to admit the idea of supplanting his father. Charles knows it and recognizes it. He understands that there is absolutely no danger from William and Kate for his reign.

Junor agreed to add, “They are all very much in the idea of the hereditary monarchy. They all understand that if you choose and choose, you lose your mind. ”
